We've partnered with our favorite healthy chef and author of the cookbook "Alternative Vegan," Marie Reginato, to give us a can't-miss, easy to make salad that would vibe with her choice of jazz or indie music playing through her Model One Digital radio. What you'll need:

Directions:
1. Using a serrated knife, thinly slice your peach, plum, avocado, and apricot, and arrange them on your dish.
2. Add 1/4 cup of mint leaves, a half spoonful of dijon mustard, maple, olive oil, and 1/4 cup of basil to your food processor, or chop by hand.
3. Mix and lightly pour over your salad.
4. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, put on your summer playlist, and enjoy.
